Family Link Worker
Hello, my name is Louise Rees and I would like to introduce myself as the Family Link Worker at Holy Trinity Primary School.
One of my roles is to provide practical support to all our families and a chance to chat things through. This might be support with school concerns, housing, employment, benefits, health, mental health or many other things. We work closely with community groups like Compassion Acts, Parenting 2000 and Sefton CVS and can help families to access any specialist support they might need.
As a school, we actively encourage the involvement of parents and carers in children’s learning and well-being and all our families are warmly invited to meet me to discuss any concerns they might have. I am available three afternoons each week Mondays (9:30 - 2:30) and Tuesdays (10-3:30).
