Parent Support Adviser
We understand that the role of parents in the education of their children is vital. We have a Parent Support Adviser who is a permanent member of staff and whose job it is to make sure all our families are well informed, feel welcome in school and have the individual support they may need. Our PSA is Mrs Rees and she will introduce herself personally to every new family and help in any way she can.
Mrs Rees runs Family Clubs after school that are very popular, including Bookworms, Arts, Gardening and Cooking Clubs. She is also a useful link in signposting families to other organisations and is available most afternoons if you have a problem or a question or feel you just need to chat to her about something. She is also available to talk to on the phone on 07957 111 165 between 2.30pm and 4.30pm or leave a message.
Apart from Mrs Rees we also have a Parent Advocate who speaks Portuguese and other adults around school who can support Polish or other Eastern European parents who need help with translation.
