Holy Trinity Church of England Primary School

To be the best you can be:for God, for others and for ourselves

Online Safety

Online safety is an important part of keeping children safe at Holy Trinity CE Primary School.  It covers all electronic media and we aim to protect and educate our pupils in the digital world we live.

Online safety is taught to all pupils explaining and demonstrating how to stay safe and behave appropriately online.  It is embedded in our curriculum with a particular focus in Computing and PSHE lessons.

We can only be successful in keeping children safe if we work with parents to ensure the online safety message is consistent.  It is important that parents speak to their children about how they can keep safe online.  The positives of the digital world overwhelmingly outweigh the negatives but children, school and parents all need to be aware of various online risks.
