Roots and Fruits
Roots and Fruits provides resources to fully support Christian worship and spiritual and moral development. It is rooted in all learning of the Bible and Church year. It follows the same pattern of four elements including a Welcome, Learning, Reflecting and Responding. The worship is enriched by the use of: Quotes and questions to encourage deeper thinking about each value, photographs and posters to root the teaching in everyday experience of children, stories, poems and art, prayers and guided reflections and an activity to show children’s learning which is displayed on the class prayer space.
We use these resource every Tuesday in Collective Worship to reflect on our Christian Values.
